The most crucial part of his responsibility: Mapping out the training plans and schedule, designing and implementing development training plans. Likewise, he also does research, design, prepare and recommend training modules. Gather feedback from trainees and trainers after each topic passes. Look after and maintain in-house training facilities and necessary equipment.
